I help C-Suite Directors and aspiring Senior Managers realise their full potential and influence through executive coaching – helping them to achieve their goals and outcomes, positively impacting the rest of the team and wider organisation.

My approach to executive coaching is collaborative, practical and supportive – helping senior managers navigate the challenges of their role. This typically involves helping to re-gain focus on what’s important; identifying key actions that will deliver results and devising effective strategies for success.

As an experienced business coach with over a decade spent supporting companies, plus a previous successful career in marketing spanning twenty years, I offer insightful, business-relevant coaching that is focused on results and deliverables. If you operate in the professional services sector such as management consultancy or accountancy; or are part of the education and creative industries sectors, I’d be particularly interested in working with you.

On a personal level, I get my job satisfaction from seeing others succeed. I like to draw on all my experiences to help the person I’m working with achieve their goals. Everyone is different, so the support I provide is tailored and can flex to what the person I’m coaching requires. Clients find me approachable, supportive and professional. I have a sense of humour and where appropriate this can help in making sessions enjoyable as well as productive. 

I am a qualified business coach (The Coaching Academy) and qualified business advisor (SFEDI). In my previous marketing career I obtained my Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and was made a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
