My own battle with burnout and Lyme Disease forced me to slow down and break the cycle of chronic stress in order to thrive physically and mentally. Experiencing this healing in myself lit a passion in me to work with others to bring their body back from burnout.
As a burnout expert for over 10 years, I started this work as a Psychology Practitioner at a world leading clinic supporting 100’s of patients on their recovery from CFS. Over the last 4 years I’ve continued to help clients have the knowledge, self-awareness and practical tools to overcome burnout.
After 3 months 1:1 support a middle manager said:
