I help companies increase staff productivity by delivering one-to-one coaching to their employees from graduates to C-suite executives so that each individual finds the clarity and/or confidence they need to overcome a challenge and achieve their work goals.

About:

Problems that your company may currently face are staff lacking confidence in their own abilities and consequently working below their potential. Or employees seeking clarity because of their uncertainty on how to achieve a particular business or career goal. Both challenges result in slower delivery speeds and increased project’s costs, which negatively impact the company’s effectiveness and budget. 

Both can be resolved by one-to-one coaching by an external coach. That’s what I do. 

Confidence

Some common reasons an individual’s confidence may suffer are imposter syndrome, self-sabotaging behaviours, lack of self-belief, the impact of negative work experiences, returning to work after an absence, and other factors. Coaching can help an employee deal with these situations. Often the outcome is an employee who feels more positive, more able, less stressed, has increased self-confidence and is clearer in how to effectively perform their role.

Companies benefit from their employees being more confident, and consequently performing more to their potential and ability. Confident staff are more productive, creative, engaged, happy, and are less likely to seek alternative employment.

Clarity

Other employees may need clarity in how to move forward with their work or career. They may need to talk through multiple options to simple or complex challenges, with work, teams, strategy, priority, or their own limitations. Coaching creates a safe which helps an individual identify what that goal is, the most suitable and plausible path to attain it, and the next steps to take.

My former career experience as a consultant Business Analyst in IT and the banking world means I bring a depth of experience of eliciting what clients really want and what is going on. My years of experience in analysis allows me to spot gaps, patterns and probe for solutions, asking questions which are both searching and challenging in a good way.  

My career also gave me an understanding of how offices, teams and projects run in big organisations, and my wisdom gained by experience in that environment empowered me to coach, mentor and guide colleagues. These skills support me in the coaching I do today, and I help organisations in all professions and sectors bring clarity and confidence where it is needed in their workplace.
