Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years as a Senior Actuary in the UK insurance market, working in high-pressure, performance-driven environments where credibility, precision, and stakeholder confidence were essential. That background means I understand the pressures faced by leaders in technical, corporate, and regulated environments, especially when they are expected to lead people as well as deliver results.
I combine this experience with coaching, psychology, and neuroscience to deliver practical, tailored support. I work with you on leadership transition, confidence, communication, delegation, productivity, and leadership effectiveness. My approach is grounded, commercially relevant, and focused on helping leaders build the habits and mindset needed to perform at a higher level.
