The Issue
People are often the biggest expense in a business, yet difficult people Issues are one of the biggest contributors to poor outcomes and increased delivery costs.
We often see conflict, ego clashes, reactive behaviours, and poor communication in leaders and their teams. This results in higher costs, high turnover of staff, inefficient meetings, low productivity, and poor team performance.
All too often, leaders do not have the softer skills or knowledge to deal effectively with these issues, or to build the relationships they need to create a thriving team.

Who are we
Led by Julie, an award-winning Leadership & Impact Coach and Speaker, we support senior leaders to develop communication skills, influence, and soft skills to accelerate results by removing friction and growing productivity in the organisation.
Her previous experience as a Police Inspector and earlier manufacturing background have given her a practical, down-to-earth approach and taught her the art of leading people through high stress situations and building high stakes relationships in challenging teams.
Julie’s mission is to help leaders move from being reactive and unproductive to being responsive and impactful, by creating a safe, trusted environment for direct conversation, honest vulnerability, and challenge, so that leaders are able to confidently tackle the tricky people issues affecting performance.
She is an engaging speaker, trainer and coach with an interactive style that invites interaction and openness on topics that leaders can sometimes find intimidating and challenging.

Qualifications
Julie is a member of the ILM and CMI and has a First Class Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management, NLP and Coaching Qualifications and is a licensed DISC trainer.
