Hello there! I’m Julie and I partner with professional services organisations to create positive conversations and behaviours about menopause in the workplace that will help you to retain talent, impact the gender pay gap and reduce business costs and Risks.
Companies like yours provide highly specialised, tailored solutions to a wide range of clients and what I do is ensure that any employees impacted by menopause at work, directly or indirectly, continue to communicate, deliver and perform at their best so that your clients continue to receive the high level of service they’re used to.
The goal is to help people work well through menopause without feeling judged or penalised but instead supported and able to continue doing a great job.
