Marketing managers are often under pressure to generate better quality leads, support the sales team more effectively, improve brand visibility and show that LinkedIn activity is delivering a real return.  At the same time, LinkedIn can feel hard to keep up with, difficult to measure and often used without a clear plan. 

Sales teams may be on LinkedIn but not using it confidently or consistently enough for either new business development or account management. They may see it as another thing to do, rather than a practical tool for generating leads, strengthening relationships within existing accounts and identifying opportunities to grow those accounts further.
