I help organisations go through challenging transformation processes that create internal alignment, strategic clarity and confidence about the work you do and how you go about it. Do you feel that your team or teams are not fully aligned? Are you looking to ensure that your organisation is ready to deliver on the new strategy? Or do you need to create a new strategy that is anchored on the work you have already done, but takes you to the next level, bringing staff, trustees and external stakeholders with you?
I work collaboratively with you, your staff, trustees and any other relevant stakeholders. Together we diagnose the issues that need to be addressed and map out an action plan. I work inclusively, ensuring that everyone is on board, everyone is heard and everyone’s input is appropriately incorporated. By engaging and involving those affected by the change, I work with the inevitable resistance and transform it into a creative force to build something that everyone can champion.
