Category Executive Coaching

I work with professional services organisations – particularly law firms – to strengthen their leadership capability, improve resilience, and create healthier boundaries that drive better performance and wellbeing.

Through executive coaching and leadership training I provide bespoke development plans by identifying what’s needed to equip leaders with tools, strategies and approaches to handle high pressure workplaces without burning out.

This results in organisations retaining leaders who feel supported and valued so that they are more effective, maintain high performance, even though they are under constant pressure, managing demanding clients, dealing with emotionally draining cases and balancing competing priorities.

Leaders who are struggling with too much to do and not enough time, often hide feelings of being overwhelmed, or work longer hours and risk becoming disengaged or struggle to delegate well.  This can also lead to mistakes, low team morale, high attrition rates, higher absences and a loss of leadership expertise.  My work has resulted in:

  • Improved skills and communication promoting better understanding, collaboration and engagement with team members.
  • Confidence to be more effective managing team performance, which increased overall productivity.
  • Leaders better equipped to navigate challenges of high pressure work load and support teams.
  • Higher retention because of investment in growth and leadership potential
  • Improved collaboration, increased productivity, and better workplace culture

The organisations who have already invested in my executive coaching and leadership development see improvements in delegation, boundaries, and resilience.  However, the results go far beyond leadership performance and wellbeing.  They have seen:

  • Improved performance and productivity, because leaders are able to prioritise and focus on the right work and shift to being proactive and delegating well,  instead of firefighting or working unsustainable hours.
  • Stronger leadership skills and capability, so that managers make clear strategic decisions that lead better, manage well and improve performance results.
  • Reduced staff turnover and absenteeism, so that negative costs are reduced and this minimises missed deadlines and any disruption to client delivery as well as improving profit.
  • Better engagement with leaders and teams so that they can bring out the best in their teams, improve morale,  while still meeting client demands.
  • A culture where people feel valued and supported – which directly enhances client service and reputation.

Over the last 14 years I’ve supported hundreds of leaders in over 80 organisations to make a significant impact on leadership skills, thought processes and resilience.

I bring the strategic and operational experience to understand the pressures in real life and know how to make the impact that makes a difference individually and commercially.

Having a career in multi national organisations before adopting two girls, means I lived through trauma and additional needs. That’s a powerful combination of personal and professional experience alongside knowledge of boundaries, resilience, psychology and neuroscience from doing the work I love and supporting the family needs.
