Your female leaders are some of the most valuable assets in your organisation. They skilfully manage their teams, workload and outputs to ensure your business works optimally. These same women are likely managing a lot outside of your organisation as well – children, aging parents, community projects.  Balancing complex workloads while managing competing priorities. In short, they are Superwomen and your business relies on them being “on” constantly. 

These women face increasing demands inside and outside the workplace, with constant pressure to deliver. Over time this translates into a silent operational risk: chronic stress leading to overwhelm and eventual burnout.  

This is not a personal weakness. It is a predictable business pattern.

When high-performing leaders work under continuous pressure without the right support structures, the impact becomes visible across the organisation:

  • Productivity declines
  • Delegation reduces
  • Team communication breaks down
  • Mistakes increase and are hidden

The business cost of this is huge. By the point it becomes visible, most of these female leaders feel as though they have virtually no choice – they either keep going and burnout completely, or they get signed off on long term sick leave or leave the business entirely. 

This results in a lost of critical business knowledge, disrupted teams and workloads, increased interim or permanent staffing costs, increased recruitment and onboarding costs and damaged reputation and leadership.

That’s where I come in.

I’ve been there, I’ve done it and I’ve faced the nagging voices that force women to keep going even when they’re beyond exhausted. I know what it’s like to feel like you have to keep pushing while ignoring the internal voice that is screaming at you that this isn’t sustainable and has to stop. I specialise in helping organisations identify early indicators of overwhelm in female leaders and intervene before performance, wellbeing and retention are affected. I recognise the signs and symptoms so your organisation doesn’t have to.

With over a decade of experience working in high pressure environments across multiple industries and countries, plus facing and recovering from burnout myself, I have first-hand experience of the challenges the women in your organisation are facing.

I am an accredited and licensed Coach and Trainer with over 8 years’ experience supporting individuals and teams to create psychological safety. As a result they are able to recognise when things aren’t going well and ask for specific support when they need it, before the situation becomes critical. 

Approximately 50% of the people I have worked with one-to-one have gone on to gain a promotion as a direct result of working with me. Otherwise, everyone who has worked with me reports calmer, more productive working lives, feeling less overwhelmed and improving relationships with colleagues, managers and at home, a greater ability to prioritise important tasks and discern what really moves the business forwards.  

This is not a wellbeing “nice to have”. It is a strategic investment in organisational stability, capability and performance.
