With over two decades of experience empowering women through complex transitions and high-pressure roles, Anna provides services that are both strategic and deeply personal. She gained her expertise supporting new mothers as a Doula and Baby Sleep Consultant. This gave her deep insights into women’s emotional and practical needs as well as the challenges of transition into motherhood.
Many new mothers struggle with low confidence, imposter syndrome, juggling work and life, which are factors in mothers’ guilt, burnout and can contribute to leaving the workplace. Anna’s approach is holistic; she offers a methodology and strategy as well as addressing wellbeing, mindfulness and embodiment. She helps navigate challenging emotions, build a realistic return-to-work plan and a future career path, so that organisations can save money on recruitment, develop a diverse and inclusive employee brand, and increase the productivity of their female talent.
