Our director, Anna Pinkerton; an HCPC accredited allied health professional is uniquely trained and is the only specialist in Europe with her training and skill set working in the corporate stress and trauma recovery field.

She has authored two books, Smile Again: your recovery from burnout.  My Kinda Life® live and lead with kindness for better relationships, be respected, create impact. She is the founder of the burnout prevention quiz, the inner brutality assessment, and of Burnout Awareness Day UK.
