Our programmes have a foundation of leadership theory so that participants apply the skills immediately in real life.  Our goal is the behaviour change that shows day-to-day: clearer communication, stronger decisions, robust feedback and the willingness to have the difficult conversations.  We provide clear behavioural feedback that participants want to act on, and we challenge the thinking patterns that lower performance.

In April 2015, founder Viv Bowra was part of an all-female team who successfully undertook a 100km ski trek in -45°C across Baffin Island in the Canadian High Arctic.  She understands how to make that first step into the unknown.  Our team encourages participants to break through those mental barriers we often unknowingly create.
