About
Most organisations have rolled out AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot over the past two years and yet adoption remains quite low for many organizations because almost none of them have provided the appropriate training or shown employees why it benefits them to build these new skills.
The result is predictable: a small group of enthusiastic early adopters, a much larger group quietly ignoring the tools, and a growing undercurrent of anxiety that AI is coming for people’s jobs rather than making their jobs better. That anxiety doesn’t just slow adoption, it erodes engagement, retention and trust in leadership at exactly the moment organisations need their best people leaning in.
