We help organisations promote more of their talent, helping them reduce the costs and risks of a reliance on external hiring, especially important with the Employment Rights Act 2025. Our focus on the preparation and promotion of talent to leadership roles comes from our own experiences of transitioning into leadership roles. Too often, those stepping up are underprepared and unsupported. They are moving from managing tasks and individuals to leading strategy, translating this into operational plans, whilst leading through managers who may have been peers.
At Purple Sky Consulting, we use our experiences, insights into what works for effective leadership transitions, and our passion for helping others to shine, to work with organisations to prepare, promote and enable high-performing next-level leaders.
