I help organisations to improve employee resilience, energy, and focus so that teams perform at their best and feel supported in their wellbeing. Through bespoke nutrition and wellness strategies, I deliver programmes that benefit both people and business performance.

About

I work with Professional Services organisations across law, financial services and consultancy practices to create resilient workplaces with staff who operate at optimal performance levels.

The truth is, many businesses today are facing the same challenges. High-pressure workloads, long working hours, and the demands of always being “switched on” often leave employees running on empty. When people are tired, stressed, and struggling with unhealthy habits, their performance and wellbeing naturally suffer. What often gets overlooked is the wider impact this has on organisations: lower productivity, higher absenteeism, presenteeism, and ultimately greater staff turnover. Burnout is not just an individual problem – it’s a business problem.

At the same time, there’s a real shift in what employees expect from their employers. People want to feel that their wellbeing matters. In fact, many employees say they are more likely to stay with an organisation that takes their health seriously and provides support in this area. This means that creating a culture of wellness is not just a “nice to have”, it’s essential for attracting and retaining top talent in competitive sectors.

That’s where I come in. As a Registered Nutritionist, I design and deliver bespoke wellness programmes that address these challenges directly. These programmes are always shaped around the unique needs of the organisation and the realities of professional working life. They might include:

  • Interactive webinars on topics such as managing energy throughout the working day and understanding the link between nutrition and stress
  • Practical workshops (in person or online) covering strategies to support wellbeing, including.
  • Quick and balanced meal ideas
  • Building resilience against stress
  • Improving sleep and recovery
  • Team-building food demonstration sessions showing how healthy eating can be simple, enjoyable, and achievable for busy professionals
  • Leadership sessions focused on embedding wellbeing from the top down, helping organisations create lasting cultural change rather than one-off initiatives

Team-building food demonstration sessions are another engaging way I work with teams, showing how healthy eating can be both simple and enjoyable, even for busy professionals with limited time. For leadership teams, I run dedicated sessions to explore how wellbeing can be championed from the top down, helping organisations to create lasting cultural change rather than one-off initiatives.

The common thread across all of my work is that it is evidence-based, interactive, and practical. My aim is always to give people tools they can start using straight away, rather than overwhelming them with theory or expecting unrealistic lifestyle changes. I understand the pressures professionals are under, and my approach is designed to fit into their lives rather than add to their workload.

The benefits to organisations are wide-reaching. When organisations work with their employees on practical nutrition, they see benefits like:

  • Healthier, more energised employees bring greater focus and creativity to their work
  • Supported teams are more engaged, motivated, and less likely to leave
  • Wellbeing programmes reduce stress, absenteeism, and presenteeism
  • Stronger team culture develops when wellbeing is prioritised
  • Employees are able to perform at their best, both individually and collectively

Importantly, they also make financial sense – investment in workplace wellness has been shown time and again to deliver a clear return, through reduced costs and improved business performance.

My work is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience. I hold a BSc (Hons) degree and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (dipION). I am a registered member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT), which means I follow strict professional and ethical standards in my practice. These qualifications ensure that everything I deliver is evidence-based, safe, and aligned with the latest research in nutrition and workplace health.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of organisations, helping them to transform the way they support their people. What I hear consistently from clients is that my approach feels personal, practical, and relevant. I don’t deliver off-the-shelf programmes; instead, I take the time to understand what each organisation needs and create something bespoke that will have real impact.

Ultimately, my goal is simple: to help people flourish. I believe that when individuals are supported to look after their health, through good nutrition, better energy management, and effective stress resilience, they thrive not just in their personal lives but also in their professional roles. And when people thrive, businesses thrive too.
