I help organisations support managers and leaders to improve brain health so that they can be
more productive and perform well under pressure.

About

Helping organisations increase productivity and well-being through neuroscience.

I partner with professional services organisations to help them get the best out of their people by delivering awareness around brain health and easy-to-implement practical neuroscience-based strategies, so that mid to senior managers and leadership team members can perform at their best during busy periods and develop healthy, high-performing teams.

Professional services organisations often struggle to cut through the vast amount of information available on wellbeing, to know what is evidence-based and effective. We do that for you, so you can be confident that you are using the right strategies and workshops that will make an impact.

Having managers and leaders who use clear brain health management techniques means they are able to:

  • Focus on tasks that need their time and attention, reducing silly mistakes,
  • Make decisions more quickly so that projects run to clear deadlines,
  • Be adaptive and responsive even in challenging situations, so that they can think clearly and create innovative solutions for core business issues.
  • Improved well-being , which may reduce sickness absence.
  • Perform better under pressure

As a brain health specialist and advocate, I help organisations to use evidence-based strategies that are practical, easy to implement and encourage increased focus, sharper memory and better overall brain health for their management and leadership teams.

With over 20 years’ experience working specifically in the brain and neuroscience space, I am able to translate the neuroscience of brain health into practical, easy-to-understand resources to help your management and leadership teams improve their brain health, performance and overall productivity.

A business owner recently said,
“ I can highly recommend Nicola , her presentation was both fascinating and enlightening, offering valuable insights into the physiology of sleep and the significant impact it has on our daily lives and businesses. A truly eye-opening session that left me with a deeper understanding of the importance of quality rest.”
